About the Founder

Founder's message

Over the past two decades, I have worked across China, Singapore, and Australia, collaborating with multinational teams and visiting more than 2,000+ companies across 15+ countries.

Through these experiences, I repeatedly saw the same challenge.

Global professionals often struggle to understand how Chinese companies build trust, make decisions, and evaluate international talent.

At the same time, many Chinese companies expanding globally also find it difficult to work effectively with international professionals.

These misunderstandings often create friction, missed opportunities, and sometimes failed partnerships.

My work focuses on bridging this gap.

Why I Created Work With China

Work With China was created to connect global professionals and Chinese companies through shared experience, practical insights, and trusted conversations.

The platform brings together professionals who have worked with Chinese companies across industries and countries, creating a space where people can exchange real-world insights about careers, collaboration, and global business involving China.

Alongside the community, I also provide advisory support for professionals navigating career opportunities connected with Chinese companies.

Advisory Services

I work directly with global professionals who are exploring, evaluating, or already working with Chinese companies.

These sessions are designed to provide clarity around cross-cultural expectations, career decisions, and practical strategies for working effectively with Chinese organizations.
