Online Monthly Sharing

Each month, Work With China hosts an online sharing session focused on topics related to working with Chinese companies.

Guest speakers include global professionals with cross-border experience, industry experts, or leaders from Chinese companies expanding internationally. Discussions cover topics such as career opportunities, cross-cultural trust, industry trends, and insights into how Chinese companies build and manage global teams.

Members can attend these sessions free of charge.
Non-members may join individual sessions for USD 20 per event.

Local Gathering

Work With China also promotes local gatherings organized by certified Work With China advisors or experts in different cities.

These small in-person meetups provide an opportunity for professionals to connect, exchange experiences, and discuss local perspectives on working with Chinese companies.

Gatherings may take place in cities such as Melbourne, Singapore, London, or Shanghai, depending on the location of community members and advisors.

Work With China Annual Summit

Each year, Work With China plans to host an annual summit or conference bringing together global professionals, Chinese entrepreneurs, and leaders from companies expanding internationally.

The summit will focus on a key theme related to China’s global expansion, cross-cultural leadership, and international talent strategy.

The event may take place in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, or other global hubs where Chinese companies are actively expanding.

The next Work With China Summit is currently planned in November 2026 in Shanghai.

Online Roundtable Discussion

Live Roundtable Discussions

In addition to larger events, Work With China hosts smaller live roundtable discussions on selected topics.

These sessions are designed to encourage deeper conversations among members on practical challenges such as working styles, leadership expectations, cross-cultural communication, and navigating opportunities with Chinese companies.

Roundtable discussions are typically member benefits, though selected sessions may also be open to non-members on a limited basis.
